Release 2025.4.24 contains an improved onboarding protocol. From now on instead of adding the same default material (FCC Silicon) and workflow (Total Energy, QE) to all new accounts, we initiate an onboarding process. We highlight (1) the ability to select the materials to initiate the new accounts with either from the materials bank and/or material project or uploading local files and subsequently setting one of these materials as the default, (2) the ability to select and import workflows from the workflows bank during the account initialization and subsequently marking one of the workflows as default, and (3) the onboarding summary tab that highlights the choices and provides a way to navigate to the home page and/or create entities, such as a simulation job.
