The 81st Annual Meeting of the Japan Physical Society is one of the most prominent gatherings for physics researchers in Japan and internationally. The event brings together all 19 divisions of the society to showcase recent discoveries and foster collaborative research. Onsite only, with no online streaming, it's expected to draw over 5,000 scientists, educators, and graduate students, alongside roughly 3,600 research presentations, plenary lectures, symposia, and award celebrations.

Incubation CANVAS TOKYO is a global co-creation hub specializing in materials chemistry, connecting technology and ideas across materials-related startups, open academia, manufacturing companies, local governments, and investors. It's Japan's only open innovation platform dedicated to the materials field.
This edition's theme, Material Technology × [You, the Attendees]: Why not create new value together?, is built around a simple idea: standard exhibitions rarely leave room for real conversation. The Material Technology Market is designed to change that — with the technologies of 28 materials-related companies on show and space to talk collaboration in depth.
